• WHAT IT DOES- Odie’s Universal Oil covers aproximative 140 sq. ft. on oak. Odie's protects, stabilizes, beautifies, waterproofs and enhances any surface easily, safely and naturally. Provides a lustrous sheen in one coat! OUO is clear curing and non yellowing while containing natural UV inhibitors, helping to protect from the sun's harmful radiation. OUO penetrates, cross links and bonds molecularly, becoming one with any surface it’s applied to and does not sit on top as a shell or film like many conventional finishes. It cures fast and hard while also remaining flexible. This means it will never peel, flake, chip, delaminate, wrinkle or leave unsightly white scratch marks or cracks!

Finish flooring, whether it be wood, concrete, terrazzo, bamboo or even cork! Use it on boats and brightwork, decks, siding, fences, gates, fine furniture, patio furniture, tables, countertops, bar tops, bowls, charcuterie and cutting boards, spoons, knife and ax handles, toys, auto detail, hot tub covers and even use it on a squeaky hinge!

Odysseus Cornwall’s finishes cover many, many times the area of other wood finishes. Up to 20 times the coverage as conventional finishes.
• All Odie’s finishes each have a unique, pleasant earthy, floral scent that do not have or leave a strong odor behind. They smell like a day at the spa and the smell quickly dissipates as it cures. Odie’s finishes are completely food safe, non toxic & and safe for everyone to use & live with, including the children and pets! Odie’s finishes are easy to apply using basic tools such as a non woven pad for application and a terry cotton towel for removing & buffing off the excess. Odie’s finishes dry fast and can be handled almost immediately, we recommend 3-5 days cure time before being subjected to standing liquids.
• Odie’s Universal Oil does not require any special maintenance & finished surfaces are easy to clean using 10 parts vinegar to 1 part water, soap & water or by using Odie’s Cleaning Concentrate. A 1-2% concentration of Odie’s Cleaner in water is typically all that is needed. Odie’s Universal Oil produces a beautiful, protective & very durable finish that is resistant to water, liquids & stains. It provides excellent resistance to heat and scratches & has natural UV inhibitors.
• The sheen & gloss of the finish is primarily dictated by the surface preparation. The higher you sand the higher the initial dictation of sheen. There are no sanding restrictions with Odie’s finishes! You can also build upon the sheen, depth & lustre with additional applications & by using the various finishes in conjunction to suit your desired effects.
